Pressure washing done wrong is fast damage: etched wood, blown sealant joints, and water driven behind siding. Done right, it is the first step of every exterior coating and a maintenance service on its own, pressure, tips, and chemistry selected for the substrate.

EIFS, wood, and aged masonry are destroyed by the pressure that concrete shrugs off. We match pressure, tip, distance, and chemistry to each surface, soft washing where the substrate requires it, because the goal is a clean surface, not a scarred one.
