We carry complete Division 09 packages, submittals, mockups, production, quality control, and closeout, sequenced against the general contractor schedule and staffed against the area release plan instead of an ideal duration.
Built Around the Schedule
Painting sits behind drywall and ahead of flooring, casework, and equipment, so it absorbs every upstream delay. We plan the compressed version of the schedule from day one, add shifts not move dates, and tell the superintendent early when something upstream is going to move us.
One Subcontractor, Closeout Included
Attic stock, the approved color schedule, product data, and a written one-year workmanship warranty are delivered as a package at turnover. Our own quality walk happens before the general contractor walkthrough, which is why the punch list handed over is short.
