Overview

A protective coating is bought for what it resists. The correct system is a function of the actual service environment, which chemicals, at what concentration, cleaned how, at what temperature, and specifying it from a catalog instead of the conditions is how these systems fail early and expensively.

Specified Against Conditions

We collect the actual exposure during preconstruction and confirm the system with the manufacturer before it is priced. Where testing on existing coatings or substrates is warranted, we carry it in the bid and share the results.

Preparation Is Not Optional Here

High-performance systems are less forgiving than architectural paint. Profile, cleanliness, and moisture are verified before application to the standard agreed in writing at bid, because most failures in this category trace to preparation, not product.

Common Questions

Before You Bid It Out.

How Do You Choose Between Epoxy, Urethane, and Specialty Resins?
By the exposure. Chemistry, temperature, UV, abrasion, and cleaning each rule products in or out. We match the assembly to the conditions and confirm it with the manufacturer.
Do You Handle Secondary Containment?
Yes, containment coatings are selected against the specific stored product and its concentration, not a generic chemical-resistance claim.
