Overview

Interior painting is judged from two feet away in good light, and it usually happens in a space somebody still needs to use. The coating is the straightforward part; producing a uniform result around occupants, other trades, and the schedule is the craft.

Working Around Occupants

Most interior work happens in buildings still in use. We zone the work, agree containment and protection before starting, and run night or weekend shifts where the space must be returned each morning, clean, clear, and usable.

Finish Level Matters More Than Paint

A Level 4 wall under critical lighting will telegraph joints no matter what is applied over it. We confirm the specified drywall finish level against the lighting design during preconstruction and flag mismatches in writing before anyone is standing in a finished room disputing ownership.

Common Questions

Before You Bid It Out.

Commercial and Residential?
Both. The preparation standard, the product quality, and the written warranty are identical, only the scheduling differs.
How Do You Handle Color and Sheen Selection?
Colors are confirmed with samples or mockups before production. On brand-standard projects the schedule is verified against the prototype book; on residential work we offer color consulting before ordering.
