Decorative work is bought on a look, and a look cannot be specified in words. Everything starts from a physical mockup: the finish is developed, adjusted, and approved on a sample before it touches the wall, so the result is the one that was bought.
The Mockup Is the Contract
A decorative finish approved on a two-foot board is a defined product; one described in an email is an argument waiting to happen. We build the sample, adjust it with the designer or owner, and production matches the approved board.
Durability Is Part of the Design
A feature wall in a restaurant entry gets touched, scuffed, and cleaned. We build decorative systems with topcoats that survive the traffic they will actually see, so the finish still looks intentional a year in.

- Metallics
- Sprayed or rolled systems with controlled sheen
- Textures
- Troweled and applied texture systems
- Brand Treatments
- Executed to the prototype or design intent
- Mockups
- Physical sample approved before production
What This Scope Actually Covers.
Listed so there is no ambiguity at award. Anything not on this list is either excluded or priced separately, and the proposal says which.
Sectors That Buy This Service Most.
Before You Bid It Out.
- Do You Work From a Designer Specification?
- Yes, and where the specification describes an effect instead of a product, we develop the system and confirm it with a mockup before pricing production.
- Can Decorative Finishes Be Repaired Later?
- We document the system and retain the formula so future repairs blend rather than patch.
